About

Giulia Revolo was born in Milan on June 12th 1989 and was raised in a multicultural world heavily influenced by her dual Italian-Peruvian nationality. Her extensive travels around the world, as well as her father residing in Hong Kong, have put her in contact with many exotic tastes, furthering her keen eye for style, and developing a strong sensitivity to unique and eclectic visions.

After her High School graduation, Giulia moved to Australia in order to attend Tafe Enmore Design Centre to pursue Set and Costume Design. This experience significantly honed her professional and creative skills. Living in dynamic and multicultural Sydney, Giulia found a strong artistic underground environment where she discovered an affinity for the Theatrical industry. Throughout her studies she was able to created a professional network which led her to some collaborations, particularly with Bangarra Dance, one of the biggest dance companies Country. Here she worked as an assistant costume designer, bringing her in direct contact with the Sydney Opera House stage.
Following her graduation, Giulia returned to her hometown of Milan securing an internship at the “Franco Parenti” Theatre, allowing invaluable work experience with major shows ”Skianto” by Filippo Timi and“Gli innamorati” by A.R.Shammah, among others.

The city’s very nature brought her in close contact with the fashion world, a world she feels increasingly drawn to thanks to a parallel theatrical aesthetic disposition. Using the experience gained so far from art and the stage, Giulia eagerly approached this new adventure in fashion by accepting a position within the Domus Academy’s masters course in Fashion Design.
This year gave birth to unbridled artistic expression, discovering a wide range of creative abilities that were yet unknown to her. She began creating whole collections as well as conceiving the imagery and story-boards for her own sets.
Since then she has satisfactorily achieved a range of goals, including conceiving, projecting, and developing her first capsule collection, being published on Vogue Talents following graduation. She has also successfully featured twice on Vogue Italia online as well as as Stylist and Creative Director for many editorial shoots.
